You’re using a beta
FoilVault is in beta on TestFlight, so you are running it before its public release. Expect the occasional rough edge, and know that bugs you report now are the ones most likely to get fixed quickly.
The beta is open to anyone with an iPhone: install it, or send a friend, via the public TestFlight link testflight.apple.com/join/Pjv1NM8h.
The fastest way to report something is from inside TestFlight: take a screenshot in the app, then share it to TestFlight, or open the FoilVault entry in the TestFlight app and tap Send Beta Feedback. That attaches your device and build details automatically, which saves a round trip. Email works too.
Reporting a bug
So we can reproduce it, it helps to include:
- What you did, and what happened instead of what you expected.
- Your device and iOS version.
- The app version, shown at the bottom of Settings → About.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
Your account and data
- Deleting your account. Open Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your collection, decks, binders and profile. It cannot be undone.
- Exporting your collection. Your collection and individual decks can be exported as CSV from their share menus, so your data is yours to take with you.
- Privacy. What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy. To ask about or request your data, email us at the address above.
Reporting content or another user
Public profiles, published decks, deck comments and trade messages each carry a report action. You can also block an account from its profile; blocked accounts are listed under Settings → Account → Blocked accounts, where you can unblock them again. Reports are reviewed and we remove content that breaks the Terms of Service.
If something needs urgent attention, email support@foilvault.cards with a link or handle and we’ll act on it.
Card data and prices
Card data and images come from Scryfall. Prices are estimates aggregated from public market data, not offers to buy or sell, and they can lag or be wrong for thinly traded printings — treat portfolio values as approximate. If a card or printing looks wrong in the app, send us the card name and set and we’ll take a look.
Cost
FoilVault is free to use. If that changes, existing features you rely on won’t disappear without notice.
